Refund Policy


The Weather Rule:


In the event that a Surf Instructor feels it appropriate to cancel a pre-organised event in the discharge of his/her obligation to due care of client(s),

Client(s) who have pre-paid for the event will be offered opportunity of reschedule, or a refund as required.



The Hens/Stags/Parties Rule:


In order to maintain a high level of safety when dealing with group bookings,

We are required to roster additional surf lifeguard/instructor(s), and maintain an instructor to client ratio of 1:8


Hens/Stags/Parties are liable on booking to pay 50% deposit on proposed activity.


Payment in advance.


Cancellation terms apply.

·         Cancellation within 3 days of booked lesson = 100% refund

·         Cancellation within 24 hrs of booked lesson = 75% refund

·         Cancellation on day of booked lesson = 0% refund


Deposits and cancellation terms are based on experience of “morning after” no shows.

Instructors/Lifeguards on roster require payment.
